Hey there. Summer has arrived and London Street is ready to make it sizzle! We're gearing up to hit the great outdoors at this year's High Sierra Music Festival. High Sierra is a four day, outdoor music festival that takes place in Quincy, Ca. The line-up is always eclectic and this year is no exception. Check out the full line-up at www.highsierramusic.com.

The wait is finally over. London Street is proud to announce our album debut partay! Help celebrate the release of our first full length album, "Life Through Lyric and Melody," Friday, July 8th at the Elbo Room in San Francisco. Special guests include Guitarmageddon, Jethro Jerimiah, Dj Lamont, and a special solo appearance by Kofy Brown! This is no regular CD release. Hey hey hey, Jenn here. I know it's been a while since the last update but here goes. Shani and I just got back from New Orleans. We were lucky enough to play a couple of late night shows during Jazz Fest, backing our main man and extremely talented guitar player Sean Leahy. I know most of you have heard him playing with London Street but Sean also has his own project called Group DuJour. It is a mix of blues, funk and rock. Check him out at
www.seanleahymusic.com. New Orleans was a blast! We hung out with old friends and made some new ones. B.B. King himself was on the same airplane as I was. Of course he was in first class but I did come within a few feet from him as I walked back to coach. Just to be in his presence was a thrill none the less.

As for our album-IT IS DONE! We have it in our hot little hands as we speak! The details for our CD release party are being worked out so keep checking the website because the date will be announced SOON!

The events page has been updated. There are our regular dates at Rasselas Jazz Club and Straits posted. Those are always hot. It is also Guitarmageddon time! London Street will be playing with members of Tea Leaf Green and Four Year Bender to pay tribute to some of music's greatest guitarists. We are also proud to be playing at this year's High Sierra Music Festival. High Sierra is a camping music festival that takes place in Quincy, Ca.
The musical line-up is always eclectic and ranges from blues and soul to rock and funk.
